Makes single serving cheesecake, approx 33 grams of protein. INGREDIENTS 1 scoop of 100% Whey Protein Powder Vanilla Flavour. 4 tsp Sugar. 1/4 cup Cream Cheese. 2 tsp 2% Milk. 2 Graham Crackers. Fresh Fruit. DIRECTIONS Mix the protein powder, sugar, cream cheese & milk together until smooth. Crush the graham crackers & press flat on bottom of small bowl.
